Why can’t all hotels be like this!! Staff is key!
As someone who travels weekly all over Europe, I continually chose Citizen M, and with good reason! No other hotel chain is so committed to customer service. They empower their staff and the friendliness and attention to detail pays off... they always make you feel like you are at home! All the staff at Citizen M Zurich are just incredible, I will never cheat on them with any other hotel in Zurich ;)

Good start to my Swiss vacation
Had a room on the first floor. Room was very small, which is pretty common in Europe. Was only staying for one night, so not a big deal. Bed was firm with a pillow-y top. Really liked the firm pillows. Wished there was more than 1 per person. Shower had great water pressure and water got hot fast. Was able to control the room’s climate with provided iPad. Would’ve like instructions on some of the functions. Maybe I just didn’t look in the right place. Thought room was sound-proofed because it seemed quiet, but at around midnight, there was a lot of car honking coming from the streets. I would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor if I stay there again. Other than that, would’ve liked if they provided hair conditioner and body lotion. Check-in/out was super easy. Also, in a convenient location.

A gem!
What a nice gem! It’s small yes but I love the common areas it provides. It just makes you wanna grab a book and get a glass of wine hanging out in the living room.

Great service. Great staff. Room is perfectly fine, practical and extremely modern but not at all luxurious or overly comfortable for those that plan to spend considerable time in the room (which I understand would suit most).
