The carpet look dirty, the floors we full of dust

The stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that we were charged $20 to park our car at the hotel. I’ve never been charged to park at a hotel I’m staying at, and no where in the reservation did it say parking was not included.

Do not stay here, its close to attractions but service is terrible, rooms are filthy,hallways are filthy. They charge to park even though they dont tell you about it.

Every day the hallways had trash, towels and linens from the rooms. I have stayed in other hotels during covid and never seen anything like this. Because they never answered their phones, we had to go down to the front desk for EVERYTHING. Our toilet also stopped up early the first morning of our stay. I went to the front desk to tell them. When we got back from Universal Studios, late Tuesday night, they had not unstopped the toilet. I went back to the front desk and told the staff member. I even asked if he had a plunger, that I would do it myself. He told me no. 5 people kept waiting in the room for them to come. My granddaughter went back down about an hour later and came back with a plunger. We unstopped the toilet ourselves. I have stayed at many hotels in the past, but the service here was the worst. If it had not been across from Universal, I would be more upset. The 2 room suite was very big and comfortable. The pool was heated, which my grandchildren loved. I did book 2 rooms.

Close to Universal. Room was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t understand why I paid extra for parking though. ($17 a day).They don’t check anything or give you a pass. Anybody can park in the parking lot! NOW I look and parking is free. But it was still a good deal. Would definitely stay there again. They are still doing renovations but it did not interfere with anything! Pool is heated and had enough seating. Shuttle is available (though we just walked.. 15 minute walk.) TGI Fridays is on site.

It took 25 minutes in line to check-in. The person at counter was not welcoming at all. The room didn't have any light bulbs in desk lamp, the wall light was missing cover ( just a bulb). There was no toilet paper holder and there were bugs in the bathroom. Place was disgusting.

We couldn’t even stay, it smelled like smoke in the room so bad, so they refunded and we booked a hotel across the street.

Room was nice. Only issue is they keep trying to charge my card daily but nobody at the hotel will tell me why. I have had to cancel my card and get another one. Will NEVER stay there again

General workers ok house keeping were great. But internet should specify that your car has to spend $20 a night to sleep there too. Oh plus tax. Listing should state this amount not surpise.. And the rooms are clean. But open curtains and two big A/C units are the view. I ried to convince my 11 and 13 year old that the A/C units were Bumble bee and Optimus hiding. And rhe next morning there were 30 A/C units. So once again i said look kids .!!! All the Transformers showed up.!!!!. We live in Daytona with yearly passes. So we can do it again. Good place, nice pool. Avoid the 2nd floor rooms...
