Hotel was very nice and clean but didn't like the fact that there was no hand soap and nor an iron and working on room next to us was very loud.

Amazing stay.
The stay overall was amazing, the only issue I had was that the pillows were not very comfortable which made sleeping in difficult.

This was a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. The location was awesome. I will definitely come back next time I visit the Austin/Round Rock area.

The hotel was amazing. All was perfect, we even got a late check out which helped out tremendously. My only draw back was the pool. I wish it was much bigger and a little deeper but that's just my opinion, other than that our stay could've been more perfect. Thank you. Oh, one more thing..... workout area....... super great....

Don’t stay at the ALoft!
Was very disappointed from moment I walked in! I wasn’t greeted at the front desk and finally got someone’s attention by announcing my arrival. Music was blaring in the lobby which was very unsettling and the reception desk looked like it had been set up in a hurry. No instruction was given about the hotel, restaurant information or time of departure. I had to keep asking questions to get any answers. It was just SO disappointing!😢
