The front desk staff and waitress in the dining room were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. We liked the facility even though we were there very little. We had a family wedding and were gone most of the time..

I was charged more then hotels.com said I would be. Hotel rooms needed updated and beds were hard.

It was a very comfortable stay. The bellman was especially helpful in getting bikes for us to ride. Housekeeping was terrific as was service at the front desk. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food. All in all a very good stay and we would stay there again.

This hotel and resort had pleasant staff, pleasant views, great location and affordability. The pool was very nice.

It doesn’t really have a standard of a resort. It charges a resort fee but it’s hardly justified; there is hardly any amenities. Pool is small, no hot tub, garden area has a lot of trash (Splenda packages). Pool lounge cushions are torn. The only sweet thing about this place (which has little to do with the place itself) is the man-made lake right in front of the hotel. The rest is super basic. But apart from Splenda packages trash in the garden area, they do keep the room clean, but that’s minimum requirement. So, if you don’t mind paying a resort price to be in a motel-like situation, go ahead and book. Otherwise, you will be better off to look elsewhere.
