The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful to check in. There had been 6 inches of snow and ice and the parking lot was not scraped. I had a pet friendly room which is always located in the basement floor of the hotel so there were not any other options for parking. Once I made it to my room I could not get my vehicle out of the parking lot until the next day. On day of checkout the cleaning staff knocked on my door and asked me when I was leaving . There are at least 5 other hotels within 2 to 3 miles of this one so one would think that they would focus more on customer service with all that competition nearby.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean the only issue i had was actually due to drivers going up and down the road being loud. At least to loud for me since im used to the quiet of the country. I would stay again though no problem

Solid spot, but with some quirks
Have stayed here a number of times and find it to be a good deal for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful, though not always Covid-friendly. Most don't wear masks until helping a customer, despite a state-wide mandate. The rooms are well-cleaned, though a bit dated. The blankets were not very warm, and unfortunately the heater was a bit broken and rattled when it was on so we had to leave it off during the night. Fridge and microwave worked fine. First room smelled strongly of animal urine so we asked to move, which the staff was happy to facilitate. They were kind and waived our pet fee. We liked the location a lot: it was just across the street from a nice park.
