Great staff and location. Maintenance needs work.
It was our first visit to this hotel and we were for the most part pleased. The main reason we enjoyed staying here is due in large part to Cynthia at the Front desk. She gave us a warm and welcoming greeting upon our arrival and made us feel so special during our stay. She was always excited to see us as we came and went during the day. She remembered our names and genuinely cared about our visit to the area. Cynthia is an exceptional representative of the hotel and will keep people coming back. Our room was stuffy and humid and turning the AC down didn’t seem to help. Our room was never cleaned on the second day and when housekeeping came by, it was late in the afternoon and we were resting so we declined service. It was a first for us staying at a hotel where room service wasn't completed. The staff at breakfast were also friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed them very much. While we loved our room and especially the bathroom, the hotel could use a little refreshing of paint and the carpets and floors could use vacuuming and steam cleaning. While we liked the location of your hotel and the staff, cleanliness is a sticking point for us along with working AC, so I’m not sure this would be our first choice on our next visit.

I loved the private sitting area in front of room door. . Carpet needs cleaning in room and bed was slanted. Bathroom grout stained with rust. It also took a hour for the valet to bring my vehicle at check out. Breakfast was disappointing, not many choices. Night front desk lady was very sweet and we enjoyed talking to her.

Nice Stay But You May or May Not Get Your Desired
We booked a double balcony room and did not receive it. The front desk clerk attempted to compensate us and moved us to a suite. We're grateful but it definitely damped our stay.

Welcome stay in New Orleans
A lovely boutique hotel (80 rooms) in the heart of the French Quarter but away from Bourbon Street noise - so very friendly and accommodating ! Parking (valet) on site was convenient . Outdoor pool , though small was cool and welcome as was both indoor and outdoor ( in courtyard next to pool ) breakfast eating area .
