Poor hotel, wouldn’t recommend. The amenities are sub standard and quality of the rooms are terrible. Fixtures and fittings are either very old or broken, noise between rooms is dreadful you can hear conversations and even snoring of other patrons. 1st floor rooms are too close to the street that the noise from outside the hotel is unbearable Gym is non existent. Central location is great and the staff are very friendly.

Goor location, walking distance to Eiffel tower, Trocadero, Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Good restaurants near by. Room quite small, but comfy. Bed excellent. Lobby bar was very good.

Wow was this ever a let down. Can’t recommend and currently due to my experience I would recommend to avoid. My letter to the Hotel Manager: Upon arrival, it was found that the area under the bathroom sink has not been cleaned for some time. A simple inspection by your staff would have revealed dust and brown spots that were clearly visible. These should have been noticed and cleaned. It appears these spots have been there for weeks if not months. This is an area where personal items as well as towels and wash clothes are placed, therefore, it should always be clean. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged and did not allow the water to flow freely. The Shower rod was not assembled properly and had to be corrected by your maintenance staff. Away from the bathroom now, the coffee maker was leaking water unto the carpet and was unusable due to the amount of water leakage and had to be replaced. The mini bar was reported as not working and discovered by the staff to be shut off. A pool of water was discovered in the bottom of the unit. The lites in the room do not appear to work correctly , but we have managed to accept the functionality and use cell phone lites when necessary. The Heat/AC did not work correctly despite repeated attempts at correction. There is more but Travelocity restricts more details. DM me @SaaS_Technology on Twitter. if you want additional details.

The service was absolutely terrible. I had to call 4 times to just get water and coffee and food brought to my room. They forgot, wouldn’t call me back, and purposely ignored my simple requests. This didn’t happened just once but multiple times on my trip. They didn’t apologize for the terrible service and had an attitude with me the entire stay. I will not be staying here ever again.
