Great Host & amazing location.
First things first, location is amazing. Our Host was so cool, great guy. Anything you need any time. Parking was free which is definitely a plus. Lots of options near by to eat and drink. Ocean is right there. Overall awesome. 😎

Tania Inn is the perfect place if you're looking for simple beachside property and caring owners- it's not fancy and bustling with a million floors of strangers sharing common areas. Alejandro and his wife are always around to be at your service- he was waiting for us after check-in hours were over to help us to our unit since our flight arrived late in the evening. They provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, plus bikes to ride the boardwalk- and on Saturday, all guests were invited to a barbecue with enough meat to feed an army! Accomodations aren't upscale, but it's clean, with everything you need to stay efficiently: full size closet with dresser, little dinette set next to the kitchenette with stovetop+oven, full sink and fridge, microwave, and plenty of place settings/cooking utensils. As long as you're okay with shower only(no bathtub), the family is so warm, giving, sweet and eager to please. A quiet, 12-unit place that we walked everywhere to our daily excursions; food, shopping, and the mainstage just a block away- only rented a car one day to drive to Butterfly World! The fact you can walk out your door and walk 60 seconds to get your feet in the sand and ocean was wonderful! We even got our puppy fix in playing with their new dog- who was not out in a bothersome way, they just knew I was missing our pup back home; very sweet. We'll be back for sure!

Great for family!
Prime location! I was very skeptical but read and read many reviews from others that helped me make it a go for a family trip. We felt safe here traveling with toddlers. Surroundings are quiet and easy walking distance to the ocean. Gentlemen at the office was very nice and looked out for us to have parking. not a high end place but we expected that, had all the necessary.

Steps from the beach and had a community grill. Room had small kitchen with fridge and everything you need. Bad.....VERY LOUD people. We had a 8am flight and they did not stop until after Midnight.

Quaint motel close to the "Broadwalk"
Older but nice little motel near the beach. Close to restaurants and beachfront shopping. Friendly folks running the motel. They let us leave our bags after getting off a cruise then let us check in early. Offered us use of chairs for the beach and bikes for the "Broadwalk" nearby. It looks like they are working a little renovation. The room had a small stove and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner a bit noisy but no real need for the ac while we were there. Not a chain like a Marriott so you need to adjust your expectations. It reminded me a bit of the places I stayed at with my parents in the 60s. I would stay there again
