I normally stay in more ‘luxurious’ hotels, but I was only in Amsterdam for two nights, so I chose this one. I was delightfully surprised. I will definitely stay again.

absolutely loved our stay here! super convenient location that's very close to museum square, a grocery store, and a tram station. the staff were lovely and super accommodating, and the design of the whole hotel is just beautiful!! highly recommend staying here

Stay was lovely, staff accommodating. I just feel that the WOW room was not worth the price. The 'private courtyard' and bedroom window lead on to the communal staff and smoking area, so there is very little privacy in this room.

The staff were incredibly friendly And helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The bed was huge!! Not a fan of the pillows though, even though there was a pillow menu. No cupboard space to store things was a bit unusual. There was a kettle but no teabags. No fridge either. Room temp was out of control and way too warm at most times. Bathroom very cool though. Garden beautiful and the guest wine hour at 6pm was a great idea!!

Warm. Welcoming. Felt like home
Excellent customer service. Clean. Simple. Warm. but far away from the center of things.But if you’re looking to be close to the museums, this is the place for you. Otherwise the center is a long walk or Uber ride away However, it does give you the advantage of being near many restaurants that the locals Frequent . It’s not a touristy area so it gives you a real flavor of Dutch life. There are two neighborhoods close by with awesome restaurants that are within walking distance. I loved the service here. The people. The rooms. A definite do!
