The room was nasty, the staff was nasty, dirty towels(had I had my own), dirty fridge, microwave, and tub! RUN by this Horror Hotel.

This place was absolutely horrifying, they put me all way in the back and sent men to knock at my door all night,,it was dirty and smelled like mildew, i out the table at the door because the deadbolt was broke and the table feel on me,the leg was broke,,i didn't sleep all night the sheets were dirty and the towels were brown, there was no free breakfast and the people at the front desk where rude as hell i do not recommend

Check in went smoothly .But once we got to our room and discovered that the toliet was broken. I returned to the front desk to request a room change i was told that the hotel was full and i could plunge the toliet or leave. Desk clerk was extremely rude. We were finally moved to another room on day 2 but i will defnitely never stay again

Staff was not warm or mannerable and she was fussing someone out on the phone while assisting me. It was late at night and she got the job done. The key worked and we left early the next day. I didn't lay in the sheets of the bed bc I can tell but the burn holes onto it wasn't supposed to be slept in. Also, get someone in to pray over the furniture. You can tell what spirit and sin laid there before you. Also, get rid of those Hindi God shrines. Christ is the only way.

Room had bed bugs and my children and I got bit up and when I spoke with management I was screamed at and told to leave and she would refund a full refund. Room and customer service is hands down very unprofessional.

The staff was friendly but it was graffiti everywhere, the TV didn't work, the heat didn't work and the room needs upgrading bad. It was so dirty I was itching when I left

The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, although I requested a non smoking room. The bedding had cigarette burns all over the top and inside of the comforter, and the room generally was in poor condition ( dirty walls, rusted pipes, broken bathroom door, damaged mirror). Also, the shower only ran cold water. At 7 am this morning another guest started knocking and banging on my door. I didn't answer, but this was also another disturbance in my stay at this hotel. I would not stay here again.

The woman working the front desk was dirty she had horrible body oder. This woman was also very rude and disrespectful to all the guests staying at the hotel. Her customer service skills are among the worst I have ever seen in my life.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disgusting experience. This motel has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The room was already bad enough, but when I opened the refrigerator and found roaches inside, I was beyond disgusted. I immediately took photos and went to the front desk to address the issue like any reasonable customer would. The woman at the front desk, who acted like an outstandingly rude little girl instead of a professional employee, became completely erratic after I showed her the pictures. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she snatched my room key, became hostile, and told me to “call the police” if I wanted my money back. Imagine paying for a room with roaches in the refrigerator and being treated like YOU are the problem. No accountability, no professionalism, no customer service, just disrespect and unacceptable behavior. If management allows employees to treat paying guests this way while renting rooms with roaches, that says everything you need to know about this place. Save yourself the headache, the filth, and the disrespect. Stay anywhere else.

I will never stay at this place again. I understand it’s not the Plaza hotel but the first room I got when I checked in was filthy, pee on the toilet seat, a horribly stained bed, the floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes. And when I asked for a room change, very politely I might add as I’m not that sort of person, the woman at the front desk yelled at me, saying I should’ve told her sooner and people were still coming, and eventually said I could get a room change in the morning. I even waited till afternoon to maybe make it easier and she rolled her eyes at me when I went to the front desk to get my room change. Again, I understand it’s a motel, not the Ritz, but there should still be at least bare minimum standards, not to mention room service didn’t even come everyday, and the website says there’s breakfast included but there is no breakfast. I was overall extremely disappointed, and disgusted with this business.

Nasty hotel in a bad area. Expensive cab rides.

Pretty awful and nothing nearby. Cab was $40 to downtown.
