I didn't stay at this property. I was just trying to get your attention. I tried to write back to your property when you sent something to my email. Orbitz, how do you have my email associated with this? I know I have used Orbitz. I am afraid that this is fraud and I can't get an answer from anyone.

We paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and it was nice but not over the top or anywhere near the quality of stay we’ve had at many other resorts that cost less. The room was small and simple and could use updating, super basic for the price. Pool was fun and clean and service throughout hotel was top notch. Disappointed that there was no room service available (Covid- but can still easily be done safely by leaving food at door or something, not that difficult). Also, there were very limited food/restaurant/bar options and that was a huge bummer considering we wanted the full resort experience with room service, available restaurants, and a plush room. Would return for sure, just not when the cost is anywhere near what we paid.

Beautiful hotel. I do suggest contacting the hotel before booking to find out what is and is not operating during this time. Half of the hotel was closed during the middle of the week. I’m sure if it wasn’t Covid it would be a great place especially if you have children.

The room we had was nice, clean and spacious. The real let down was charged parking for guests. This in itself would probably not visit again. Charging guests for parking is real nickle and dime.

The view from the room was fantastic. But a few issues with the service. I understand that due to the Covid issues some of the facility are not available. However these issues should NOT happen for what you pay. 1. Went to make coffee in the morning, only one cup for 2. Had to call front desk for a cup and a coffee convenience pack. They sent 1 cup for a 2 night stay so he went back and brought more supplies. 2. They said there was a $100 charge for incidentals, they charged $366.70 on my debit card. They did reverse charges when I brought to their attention but 3 day hold on funds. 3. We asked for a shuttle to dinner, they offered a golf cart ride. It was 117 deg. We were dressed for a dinner party and the have a fleet of Audi’s in the parking lot. We drove ourselves.
