I only complaining when I have real problems with the accommodation and first I always try to find the solution on the spot during the stay with the accommodation. I would have done this time as well if there would have been anybody in the property. I just got a message with an entrance door code to get in and the possibility to choose room number #2 or #3. We got into using the code. The reception area which is the lobby in the pictures, is overcrowded by bunk beds as well as the hallway to the sinks. We checked the 2 private double rooms, both was open, keys in the locks. We picked one of the rooms but none of them were setted up as expected. First of all there was no private bathroom as it was included in the description. 2 old mattrasses on 2 old previously used bunk beds next to each other on wooden racks. 2 old pillows and that is it. After that I checked the shared bathrooms of the hostel but I was shocked, I could not find words for that completely dirty and shabby area. If there would have been anybody from the side of the property, certainly, I would have tried to clear up the situation. On a board at the entrance we had the information that reception staff is available from 8PM! That is not what I would like to wait for if I am spending 1 night in a city. I sent a message to the hostel that we have checked in, but it is not as expected, so we are leaving and the key is left in the door as it was. Because of fake content I made wrong decision, wasted my time...
