the Manager, Jess A, was AMAZING! Rachel was new, but went out of her way to make us comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be back!
Very outdated , carpets had permanent stains , rotted door frames in the bathroom, entrances were dirty floors not clean at all but i suppose you get what you pay for but the photos on line are nothing like whats actually in the hotel. Check in was slow another guest came in after me and was helped first without even saying please wait
Reservations were lost because of the storm if it's hard to sign in take about a half hour 45 minutes to get a room got a room the room was dirty housekeeper hadn't touched it my friend stepped the bed and housekeeper made the comment she didn't think she had clean sheets like I was going to sleep on dirty sheets really stuff all over the floor
I paid extra for a deluxe suite and was forced to take a smaller room with 2 tint beds
i was double charged i was told it would be returned to my card as soon as i checked out it was not then i was told 3-business days but its been 9 days since my first night an they still have not returned any of the charges $50 $117 $67.50 $43. All taken from my account an not returned even after i was told ny the owner himself that i had nothing to worry about an"poof they fo right back"
Lady at the counter was not to professional as she was talking to us with a cigarette in her mouth and was watching something on her phone. She rushed the check in system and when asked about the breakfast they said it was a pop tart and crackers in a bag.
Awful i paid for a king suite with jacuzzi and get there tell me whoops no more after i pre booked it and says well ur getting a double queen which is cheaper never got refunded. No extrz night or refund for the difference i would prolly never go gack there
We didn’t end up staying there, were not comfortable at all. Dark parking lot, two hotels in one, have to get the right desk. And today I see they charged my account $50 that was supposed to be for incidentals, but we didn’t even stay there. Awful experience, can’t believe Hotels.com had a 8.4 rating. Lesson learned!
Overall it wasn't bad for what we paid. The bed was comfortable and the room and common areas seemed clean enough, however the carpet in our particular room was pretty badly stained (it was obvious that it had been vacuumed thoroughly, but was very much in need of a steam cleaning). The check-in and check-out process was okay, the clerks were all friendly enough, but it was slower than usual and there was some confusion regarding whether or not our room was ready when we checked-in and difficulty in printing our a receipt of final charges at check-out. In spite of these things, it was a mostly good experience overall and I would consider staying here again if the pricing remains the same.
