Poor Experience – No Hot Water and Bad Communication
We had no hot water for two nights. After three maintenance visits, the tech said he needed a part and never came back. An hour later, the front desk told us it would take 3–5 hours to fix. Since no other double rooms were available, they gave us access to a single room just to shower.
On the last night, we were finally moved, but the new keys didn’t work. The staff member said he didn’t see us in the hallway and just went back downstairs without calling, which made us late for our plans.
To top it off, as we left, a new couple was moving into our old room—which still wasn’t clean and hadn’t been fixed. Overall, very poor communication and service.
