We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was so nice and was very quick to get back to us when we needed something. Walk to the beach was so short and the location is just perfect.

The property is well kept and the unit is quite comfortable. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing beach getaway. The area isn’t too crowded while still providing good restaurant options and nearby attractions. Mr. Kelley is a very accommodating host.

Pictures must be photo shopped. Room is not well lit. AC is a window unit and could not keep the room dry. It felt very humid and sticky the entire time. Which did not help with the smell of the room. Only had a couple of towels and wash clothes and the dishes were not clean so we ended up eating out every meal. We love coming to the beach and I really do hate to rate something low but we will not be staying here again.

I was in Orange Beach for work, and this unit was in a great location--central to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The owner was very responsive and gave some great restaurant suggestions. Thanks again!

Clean condo that's close to stairs/elevator. Parking is convenient. Short walk to the beach and outdoor showers available. Easy access into and out of property from Perodido Beach Blvd. The owner Vaughn was great to work with. We will stay here again.

We had the greatest time!! We came in to town during a storm so we got to our condo and sat on the balcony and watched the rain. Our condo was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I! We used the kitchen twice, had everything we needed already there! We grilled out one afternoon, (the grills are obviously charcoal not gas so bring everything you need!) we stayed at the pools mostly because of the storm there were tons of jelly fish everywhere. We felt right at home and Mr. Kelley checked to make sure we were happy and comfortable! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We rented the property for one night, a short girls trip. Location to the beach was perfect, and there were several restaurant options within a mile or two. The room is right off the elevator so that was super convenient. It was smaller than I expected and compact but clean and had a comfy bed with extra linens for the futon. My only complaints would be that there wasn't a clear communication about how I should leave the property, ex: towels in the bathroom, strip the beds etc... Overall, it was a great place for a girls weekend and we did not even get to experience the pools! Enjoyed my stay!!
