I stayed for two nights. I had to switch rooms after the first night because I woke up the first morning to an ant infestation. This is the kind of stuff you would expect to find at a $35 motel. Moving was an inconvenience, especially when you're already comfortable in your room. Quite frankly, this hotel is definitely not on par with usual Doubletree standards. It looks like it might have been something else before Doubletree took it over. Definitely doesn't look like a Doubletree from the outside. If you're flexible on where you want to stay, there's a Hampton Inn right next to this hotel at similar pricing. I'll definitely be staying there next time I'm in the area.

We didn’t have a working refrigerator, room service, not enough towels for a family of four, and didn’t have a hair dyer in the room.

Our first room was awful with something in the carpet (vomit or something). The second room was cleaner but the ac unit was loud.

The overall stay was absolutely amazing, the room and amenities could not have been better and we truly enjoyed it. The overnight staff was so friendly and awesome. We came too early by accident before checking and they were able to get us into a room when we thought we’d be waiting for hours and it was such a relief. BUT the person who checked us in and out was so rude and seemed like she had something personally against us! It was so weird. After she checked us out barely speaking to us we were waiting for our ride, and we overhear her checking in someone else and was so nice and friendly to them! I worked customer service for years and know sometimes you have a bad day but this just seemed weirdly personal and it was super uncomfortable.

The hotel itself was nice. But first impressions are everything. The guy who checked me in kept advising me my card was declining. I assumed that it was because I was traveling. I called my bank and they advised that the wrong expiration date was being entered. I advised him of the issue. He did not even acknowledge it or apologize. The girls that worked throughout the day just looked at you when you walked through the lobby. I received not one hello or smile. I’m not usually to picky on that. But when you stay at a hotel for days and not one employee greets you, that’s a problem The room itself was okay. But the air conditioning system was sooo loud, I hardly got any rest during my stay. I stayed 3 nights. The power on the back left wall went out for almost a whole day! Like I said, the hotel was nice but I doubt I’ll stay again.

It was a nice hotel and a nice room - due to COVID the bar area was closed, but we made the best of it. Friendly staff, super helpful. Weird location if you are heading North, you have to pay attention to the exit ramps.

It was terrible.The room was not clean. They were VERY dusty. Trash on the floor. The duvet covers was covered in blood splatters! The blood splatters not found until the morning, so the whole night we had covered ourselves with a blanket that was covered in blood. We did notice them b/c it was covered by the duvet cover. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk. There was a man in from of me waiting for someone to come. We were there for a few minutes waiting.The front desk clerk was sitting down in the lobby with her girlfriend and not paying attention on her phone. When she finally saw me, she popped up and ran over. I explained what is the condition of the room was like. She did not know what to do. She began to write in the log book for the room to be clean and offered to move us to another room. I told her we would come back in a few hours after we returned from the engagement we had to decide what to do. We did not feel comfortable with staying at this hotel at all. After returning, I explained that to the same front desk. She told she could not do anything about a refund because this was not her regular hotel and the manager was not on duty. She was kind and agreed that it was disgusting and unacceptable. We ended up booking another hotel for the second night. I am waiting to hear back from Expedia and the manager of the hotel about our refund. BLOOD is unacceptable to be on the any of the bedding and should be an automatic refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
