The staff here is outstanding - they made us feel very welcome after a a long day of travel and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was among our favorites in Paris, and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend Hotel Lancaster!

We chose Hotel Lancaster for the proximity to New Year Eve celebrations, but will return because of the stellar service, family room and bar. We had an all-around great experience at the hotel.

Outstanding stay with the Lancaster Hotel. Classic Parisian experience in a small, boutique establishment. The VIP amenities were amazing -- welcome card and food items, bottled water, and daily access without charge to the mini bar. The marble bathroom is beautiful. There was room turn-over 2 times a day. The concierge personnel were well versed with the sporting events, museums, and dining options. The morning Parisian Breakfast (croissant, bread, juice, hot beverage) was included and very good with fresh squeezed juice and artisan bread. Only disappointment was the sauna and fitness room were under repair during our stay. But, we will definitely consider again.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel Lancaster. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and efficient. We absolutely love the location. This hotel is filled with beautiful antiques and feels like home. I love that we walk off of the Champs Elysses and immediately feel relaxed and at ease. The concierge assisted with dinner reservations and 6 day museum passes. We absolutely love it there and we will stay at the Hotel Lancaster when we go back to Paris. Beautiful furnishings, lovely couches, divine areas for breakfast and dinner. Marlene Dietrich lived in this hotel for 3 years and I can see why. Fabulous 2 weeks of art museums, long walks and fabulous meals. The Hotel Lancaster is a true jewel.
