Needs better detail to cleaning, but comfy
There were cigarette butts in the room when we checked in. One in the toilet and 1 in a cup on the window sill. Otherwise, it was comfortable and quiet.

Decent. No microwave, which was surprising for a Courtyard. Also, no signage on the building. Like none, Zero, zip, nada. There is one way out by the road, but upon pulling up to the building I thought maybe the actual hotel was next door, because there was literally no sign telling it was a Courtyard Marriott. Rooms a little on the small size. Not small by NYC standards, but small for backcountry MA.

It was disturbing. I could hear people taking on the other room . Kids running on the top floor. Couldn’t sleep all night due to noise.

was clean staff was friendly. I was disappointed with the coffee station they provide. i am a big coffee drinker. i was not able to have coffee unless i went and bought it. coffee pot was only able to use with their coffee and only 2 packages given. Room was very small do to all the furniture in room.

Was charged incorrectly. Key card didnt work the whole stay. Bath tub was dirty.they refused a refund or to even fix the problems. Over all one of the worse stays ive had in a hotel

Very polite, helpful staff. Room was clean and looked nice. It's hard to judge a whole lot because of the pandemic. That is, the restaurant was closed, housekeeping was by request, etc. Overall a fine experience. I'm going to book another stay right now.
