Very clean, quiet (I was on the 6th floor), extremely convenient for the Atocha station, excellent breakfast, helpful staff - highly recommended!

Huge disappointment
We stayed for one night in order to catch our flight back home the following day. As soon as we walked in the room, we noticed that it smelled like smoke, but we were too tired to ask for a different room. We were also starving after traveling all day so we decided to call room service. As it turned out, it isn’t offered in the months of July and August. Fortunately, we were able to order Uber eats. I called the front office to notify that they would be arriving, to no avail. Finally, on the third try they answered the phone. We decided to shower while we waited for our food. I went in the bathroom and discovered that the hotel had provided one bath towel and no washcloths. Fortunately the meals we ordered were delicious. As for the hotel, it was a huge disappointment.
