Value for money.
Good location. Walking distance from underground. Very close to Vienna international center. Nice shopping mall nearby. The room was good. But uncomfortable bed and proper pillows. Staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with variety of things.

Not all warm food at breakfast was really hot but the variety was good. The room was great and the bed was good. Would stay there again.

Convenient for ACV/Vienna International Centre
Chose this hotel for its proximity to the ACV for attending a conference - within walking distance. Counter service staff was very friendly & helpful, but found the room rather bare & basic albeit spacious. The pillows were too soft and there was only 2-in-1 coffee in terms of beverages provided in the room, which was unfortunately not regularly refilled. You could go to the lobby for coffee as they had a machine in the lounge as well as water but this was usually depleted by evening. Breakfast buffet was pretty good in variety of choices but would have been better if the menu was more varied from day to day. There is not much to do in the vicinity - very quiet at night. The hop on/hop off Bog Bus Tour stops nearby, which is a useful way to see the city.

Two twin beds were pushed together to make a double bed. Mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Two beds kept pulling apart. Could not get air vent to work properly. No top sheet only duvet. So we were always too hot or too cold.
