The front desk clerk hardly spoke us, was talking on the phone for 90% of our interaction and told the gentleman in line behind us (in a robotic tone without an apology) that his room reservation was given to someone else and that there were no more rooms. We felt really bad for him because it was late at night. When we got our room we felt that maybe it would have been better if we had given him the room. It looked like someone had stopped mid way during the cleaning and didn’t finish. The furniture was moved around in odd locations, there were no garbage bags, no luggage rack, no coffee cups. AC unit was loud and making random rattling noises throughout the night.
