It was not a good hotel. My family and I were disappointed. In fact, we left earlier than planned because it was so bad. Our room was not available when we arrived at 6pm, instead the management gave us a temporary room until our was ready (we needed a a 2 bedroom unit). An hour later the room is ready and the management gave us a an extra night as a commercial gesture for our troubles. So far so good. Once we enter our room, we immediately notice a few things, the room is dirty, like very dirty with chips, mms and dog hair everywhere. I try to call the lobby, the phone is not working because it is missing a cable. The room has a grand total of 1 knife and 1 spoon. 2 glasses and 5 plates. So much for a fully equipped kitchen as advertised. The sofa bed doesn't have any bedding (we are 5, we needed that sofa). We got bedding the next day after my complaints and got some plastic utensils. The breakfast was so so and was missing a lot of items, no waffles for us. All in all, it was a miserable experience and we left the afternoon of our "complimentary night", didn't want to "enjoy" the facility any longer. The manager was nice but her employees are not up to the job.
