Pretty good overall
The guest service was fast and helpful as far as friendly goes they were neutral which is not a big deal for me because I rather skip the small talk and just get checked into my room personally. The room was big, clean and updated so I was very happy with that. There was a drip from the bathtub because it is an older hotel and it drove me up the wall trying to sleep but once I closed the bathroom door I could not hear it. The 2 cons were no breakfast and they hold no elevator and I had to carry my heavy hockey bag up the stairs. Over all I think the hotel was good and would stay there again but I would recommend staying on the ground floor if you have lots of bags or heavy bags. The hotel is a pretty good value for the money

Check in process was easy and they gave me the room I wanted without additional charges. The room was clean and basically appointed. No complaints!! Also the restaurant attached to the hotel offered at great breakfast at a discounted rate

Reception has poor understanding of English. One of the rooms was cigarette burns all over carpet and told us that is was ok to smoke at the patio doors
