Hotel Principe Lisboa

Very kind staff, clean rooms, well situated - and best of all a great, healthy breakfast. Will stay there next visit again.

The location of the hotel is good. Unfortunately people at the reception desk are not helpful to guests except for the lady that helped us book a tour. We requested some information and recommendations about local area and the gentlemen that were at the reception desk were very unfriendly and had always a very bad attitude. Also, we did not have 2 towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and had to ask for them. We used 1 plastic cup and was never replaced. Will not go back to this hotel because of the poor service to guests. Breakfast was good, but still very bad service to guests from the people at the breakfast room too.

Room was very clean and cozy, bathroom looked brand new, mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast with many choices of breads, fruits and pastries. Staff was very polite, professional and helped with directions and taxi information. Great location, from the airport took the subway, red line to S. Sebastião, looked for name of the street: Ave Duque de Ávila, came up the stairs and was right in front of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Principe Lisbon. The room was perfect for our needs. Metro line right out the front door to downtown. We had very good walks into the downtown as well each morning. We found some nice restaurants nearby that were recommended by staff and others we found on our own. The breakfasts were great. Nights were quiet and our only complaint was the work going on next door to expand the hotel. They started at 7 on weekdays and 8 on Saturday. We got a fast and friendly checkin and staff were always helpful. We would go back.

pleasant, simple but modern rooms. very clean throughout. lovely cold buffet breakfast, including fabulous fruit. adjacent to metro/subway. ours back room had a large, comfortable balcony. staff were always friendly. My wife was bothered a bit by a strong cleanser used in the hallways and breakfast area, but I simply saw it as ultra-scrubbed. On a pleasant, walkable residential street with cafes, if one ventures away from the mall and metro.
