It's on a ground floor but be aware that it's a pedestrian-only street and to access the building you have a staircase to climb. This makes this street very peaceful and quiet since there are no cars. Cars can stop at a one min walk of the apartment and the stairs are very easy to climb so don't worry about the luggage. It has a very nice patio where you can enjoy a meal outside, a fully equipped kitchenette with a counter and two stools where you can have breakfast, an indoor dining space with a table big enough for four people, a nice living room area with a comfortable sofa-bed where two extra guests can sleep in and a big bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a walking shower. The closest supermarket is 800m away from the apartment and you have here everything you need for the household and to cook your favorite meals. You also have a Bio market at a 900min walk! It's a great place to stay, very central but at the same time away from the busy streets of the city center and the nightlife. The apartment is also at a 15min walk from Avenida da Liberdade the most expensive avenue in terms of shopping and the Marquês de Pombal Square where you can take one of the sightseeing tour buses that depart from there.
