Cops, ambulances, people yelling in the parkong lot all night... sketchy location. Worst of all was the super loud toilet! Like an off key opera singer holding a note for way too long.

To say I was disappointed with our stay is an understatement. The staff at check in/out was helpful and friendly. However, this hotel is extremely run down and dirty. My coworker and I were to stay for 3 nights, but we left the last night and found somewhere else to stay as we didn’t feel comfortable or safe at the Super 8. The manager did phone us the next day, and was apologetic. She refunded us our last nights stay plus some for our previous nights. (I did not get a chance to talk to the manager as I missed the call due to being in the airport, but my coworker said she was wonderful to speak with regarding our concerns). I will not stay again.

Location is a bit too far from any other restaurants. Rooms are clean but a bit worn. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Clean, friendly, and comes with breakfast!
It’s a older hotel and you can for sure tell in certain areas. The bathroom tiles and tub were outdated and the door was sooo narrow. It would have have a real issue if one of us had mobility aids. Other then that we loved the room, it smelled fresh and no smoking anywhere in the building was a lovely feature. The bed is on its last legs and is starting to sag but was still comfortable. I found the cleanliness of the room was really high and that it seems to follow through to the rest of the hotel too. We had a jacuzzi suite which was clean and super enjoyable. Would recommend and will be back

Exceeded Expectations
This motel 8 has exceeded expectations. Warm greeting and super friendly Staff. Very accommodating. For people who travel with their dog(s), this motel is extremely pet friendly. Rooms are NEAR boutique style. Breakfast area and common room is welcoming and cosy. Continental breakfast is very good. cannot find any faults with this motel. Extremely friendly staff and central location make this a must stop if you are in Duncan and area. *****
