Great location, friendly staff, excellent service.

It was very clean and the staffs were friendly. The service was awesome. Will surely consider next year as well as will recommend to my friends.

The whole experience was very good from the warm welcome to the politeness of the staff, sadly covid restrictions meant we didn’t get to fully experience all the hotel had to offer. The meal in the box from the restaurant was one of the pastas dishes I have tasted. We would come here again without reservation. Thank you for wonderful comfortable pleasant stay.

Within budget, nice environment, and relatively close to the town. Close walk from restaurants and shopping centers. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice. There was a used mask from someone who previously stayed in our room, but that wasn't a deal breaker. We had a pet and they put a milk bone in the dish; dog loved that. Parked underground which was super nice.

Good value for in Banff. Great location close to all the restaurants and stores. Breakfast was a nice touch. Indoor parking was also a nice bonus. Bathrooms are very small and building a little outdated. Overall great stay for a ski weekend in Banff.

The staff were excellent. It was our anniversary and we were given an upgrade. The gal who looked after the food was fabulous. We ordered and our food was prepared in a timely manner, we then had to eat in our room due to covid restrictions. With all the pressures, I can't say enough good things about the staff.

Great location. Short walk to bars, restaurants, stores

Overall a good experience, but if you drive a vehicle over 6’ parking is very limited. Breakfast was included but not until 7:30, and was always a few minutes late opening, so if you have to be out early you might not get to take advantage of the free breakfast. Rooms have been re-done and are nice, and you can’t beat the location.

Great location. Having on-site parking and breakfast was great. Sound in the hallways was terrible at night (especially when there's a few room parties, doors slamming and people yelling). This was a problem for us with a 1 yr old. The hotel is also pet friendly and while that's great, there was dog hair all over one of the beds. A more thorough cleaning (especially during Covid) would be warranted.
