A half wall divides the kitchen and there is a 4 ring electric cook top, built-in oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the recently remodeled bathroom leads off the bedroom, where there is a large walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Parking is easy, right outside on the quiet one way street, free of charge.
Situated just 1 mile from downtown Tiburon where you can take the ferry to San Francisco (Fisherman's Wharf or The Ferry Building) and Angel Island. A pleasant multi-use biking/walking path takes you along the shoreline to Blackies Pasture. During the Summer, experience Friday nights on Main St where there is live music and the restaurants bring their tables into the street (last Friday of the month, June - Sep). Tiburon also hosts annual wine, beer and film festivals, a Labor Day Parade, and Holiday Festival. There are plenty of dining choices for fine dining or casual eats.
Please note that as this property is close to the water, you can hear fog horns or ship horns from the bay.
