SCAMMERS! be warned!
A day after checking out of the hotel they processed a large unauthorised payment on my credit card claiming I had caused damage to the room windows, I know 100% I had not caused any damage and tried to discuss it with them, but they would not listen and used their position of having my card details to effectively steal money from me. If it had been a misunderstanding I would think no more of it, but they clearly lied to me throughout the whole process which is more insulting and frustrating than being out of pocket. I stay in Brighton hotels for 2 months of every year for work and have stayed at most hotels in town, but have never been treated as badly or ripped off like at the Selina.
