COVID made the breakfast routine very limited, but over all it was a great stay. Very friendly staff, clean room, good service. Would definitely recommend.

Overall stay was ok. Only issue I had was with the pool not being open! Before I booked I was informed it was open but upon arrival it was closed for cleaning.. no specific time was given on when it would be complete. Before checking in that is some information that should have been passed along to your paying guest!

Everything was pretty nice, I did not like that we were right next to the pool, became very noisy. Also there was a stain on the wall right next to the bed. I would stay again far away from the pool.

My stay at the Fairfield by Marriott
I reservef 5 room, upon checkin 1 room had been canceled and had to rezerve ths room on site. Customer service was altered & got got everything straightened out.

I like that the property was well pleaseing to the eye,the rooms was ok, overall nice and cozy. The tubs had dirty ring in it would not come out, but agian nice.

The hotel manager Marcus Daniels goes out of his way for all of his guests and shows everybody the utmost professionalism and respect that I've ever been shown in at any hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life also his front desk staff is very friendly they also got to go out of their way for August and on his cleaning crew is always very friendly and they're always asking if you need anything for your room they're always available during the day this is the only hotel that I've stayed at in north Alabama and it's definitely I will always stay here but yeah a hotel is only as good as the people that run it and at this hotel has the at Top Notch staffp that is my opinion
