Loved my stay and room! Very clean and super comfortable bed! The day and night view was awesome!

It was a fantastic hotel to stay in. The room was excellent, very clean & the beds where very comfortable. The only change I would make would either have a map or better street signs on the inside boulevard. We had a hard time finding our way around.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer! The sink drain smelled bad and the toilet tank smelled worse! We covered the sink drain with a towel but still had to close the bathroom door so we wouldn't smell sewer stink all night. It was disgusting. I told the maid service but she dismissed me and walked away. I'll stay somewhere else next time!

When arriving to our room the room was dirty and trash everywhere when we told the service person they stated this isn’t my room to clean

Masks dictators on this site...even while laying out at the pool, where they hardly had any lounge chairs. But smoking in public places, totally ok. My wife even saw a mask floating in the pool. Speaking of which, had nasty large butts hanging out all around the pool from thonged toting females (this is the clientele that they are gearing for, apparently). Needless to say, the room was a refuge...but unfortunately, our view, and the view of most of our side of the hotel was the lower roof. Our stay at mgm the previous week was a much better experience. Mgm didnt even make us pay for parking (15$ at Paris). Definitely passing on Paris next time.

We stayed here in beginning of April, Most things open because of COVID, but not in the hotel.. Limited guest services. We needed the business center to print something out. The hotel staff didn't even know if was closed because of COVID, and directed to Caesars Palace, whos business center was open. The hotel had limited LIMITED dining. It was couple places open to eat lines were so long. We only used it once, and it took like 30-40 to get a slice of pizza. Most of the trip we ended up gong to the resorts and restaurants around the Paris Hotel. They offered more than what was in the Paris hotel. Room was ok. Bed nice. But nothing to tell you about ANYTHING in the hotel. We had to figure everything out on our own. Not even a list of any hotel amenities. Didn't know had spa, until we turned on the TV day 3. Had no idea how to checkout. Assumed no room service since no menus. Expected more for the price. If could have spent less at a cheaper hotel and got the same, mediocre.

Had a disappointing experience with the registration personal. Overall the hotel staff needs to improve, not to friendly !!

I was double-charged for valet, be careful of that
