The staff was Incredibly rude & dismissive. Also the room wouldn’t be cleaned daily & resupllied with bathroom essentials.

Overall the room served its purpose for a couple nights to stay. The hotel itself was very clean and had hand sanitizer stations in key areas which i appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was not as good. I found hairs in multiple places in the bathroom. I did bring my own clorox wipes with us though so i was not concerned about that. The heating/ac unit in the room, even when turned off was extremely loud and affected our sleep each night. Had it not been for covid, i would have brought this up sooner, but did not want a maintenance person in our room. I did mention it at check out, so hopefully it was resolved quickly. All of the enployees we encountered were extremely friendly.

I have stayed here numerous times since the pandemic started and I had liked this property in the past but this visit wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t the staff or the cleanliness that was the problem. It was just the tv didn’t work in the room and that kind of sucked.

Everything was ok except the mini fridge didn’t work. I called on the phone before I made the reservation about the pool. When I got here it was closed and my kids were pissed. Other hotels that I’ve stayed at within the last 30 days have their pools open.

Hotel seems new. Very clean. Good condition. No signage at access Road off of Concord road. Very hard to spot the entrance, which is very close to the Route 3 South offramp.
