Lovely hotel with friendly staff
I travelled to Paris for a few days and I loved staying at the hotel. Great location if you love walking and lively area. I thought however that the surrounding was a bit dirty but the hotel in itself was great. My room was small and clean. Breakfast was ok but no real room service at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's easy to walk to Pigalle, Montmarte etc. However, the furniture was old and damaged. The lobby was way more impressive that the rooms. The rooms weren't particularly clean either, lots of limescale etc in the bathroom.

This location is perfect. Easy to walk multiple places or take the metro. The staff is friendly and very helpful with ideas of places to visit or dine at. The room was comfortable and extremely quiet. The hotel is on a lively street but we didn't hear a thing from our room. It was also handy to have a fridge and be able to make coffee or tea. I can see us returning.

Pros: location is great. Neighborhood is happening in both directions. Walk out the door to you left was our favorite eating place called Le Petite. Need a ride from airport call Aziz @ 06.83.67.48.80. Dial 33, drop first Zero then rest of # cost is a set price of 50 Euros. The place I hired through Expedia did not show or answer the phone and Expedia was no help! Metro is so easy in Paris as well. CONS: room is very small, no drawers to put your clothes in. They had rusty metal smelly nightstands and a smashed in metal thing I guess to put your suitcase on? The electricity went out twice. The second time we got a notice. We asked about our luggage going down 5 flights, so we were advised to bring our luggage the night before....the next morning I had to go down in one of their bathrobes to pull out a pair of panties and a bra. (My husband packed what I set to the side) I asked to use the side room were the luggage was, then tried to sit next to the room....no, they told me to sit in the chair in the front window with people passing by (mind you I mentioned how busy it is there)I was in the bathrobe with nightgown underneath that was it. I was s embarrassed and couldn’t wait to leave that place! Oh yes, bring your own face towels, they don’t have any. No one to help with your luggage and no ice.
