The reservation staff is a disaster. I used "message hotel" function in Expedia. Well they did reply my message they replied fast. But they never replied(or read) again after my second message.....that made me call their reservation but it was another hell.... I called reservation office but ALWAYS NO ONE ANSWERS. do you know how many times I have called to actually reach a real person? 35 times!!!!!!! but that real human said he will transfer me to another person and finally it ended up as no one answering again.....endless circle....
Nice hotel - nuce stuff - but the conditions very bad and food not good they have sane food same taste every day

The location is very conveniently close to the beach, that you can reach walking across the street and through another resort: five minutes maximum. The rooms are scattered across a park with several swimming pool, and they are reasonably maintained.
The phone line did not work and I could not call in. No one replied to my question submitted to their website. The website said there was airport pickup but there wasn’t. It also said free wifi, but the wifi wasn’t free. As well, my air conditioning didn’t work and it was very very hot. Lastly, my room stunk of cigarettes but they wouldn’t let me change rooms.
From the moment I arrived to check in at the ungodly hour of 04:30 the treatment I received was excellent (thank you to all front of house staff during my stay in particular Kareem) Midway through my stay I suffered a diving accident and once again the hotel was fantastic in organizing doctors and extending my stay in the same room, as I was unable to fly home, even whilst waiting for confirmation that the room had been paid for. The room itself was excellent, the bed ultra comfortable, the fridge well stocked and promptly replenished ever morning with the added bonus of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities there (and again regularly replenished ever morning. The room cleanliness was again excellent and cleaned promptly between 8:30 and 9:30 every morning (I forget the name of my cleaner but a nicer man you couldn't meet. To the management, my room was 4110, the guy needs to be acknowledged as a first class member of your staff) In regards the pools (I forget how many there were) they were always clean and the pool bar staff always helpful, friendly and polite. A special mention needs to made for the towel man Ataa (I've probably misspelt his name) but he was like a man possessed all week long!! If you didn't change your towels every day he'd find you and insist he did it for you!!!! If, as I did on more than one occasion, you left your towels out at the end of the day he'd remove them, find out where you wished to reside the following morning and lay them out for you!!!
Best place to stay ever in Sharm El-Sheikh! I had to check out very early in the morning, but this guy at the reception (Sameh Ashraf) was super nice and willing to help me and my company. I'd like to revisit this place. Don't hesitate to choose this place and find Sameh at the front, he is the best!

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta ma tutto sommato molto carina e curata. Le stanze sono spaziosissime e nonostante l'età sono tenute molto bene, idem bagno; dovrebbero concentrarsi sulle piccole cose tipo in bagno il porta saponetta rotto o il porta fazzoletti senza viti solo appoggiato ma non sono queste cose a far scendere il punteggio ad un hotel. La spiaggia è molto vicina, bisogna attraversare lo stradone, entrare dentro al Fairuz e si è lì, spiaggia molto grande, pulita curata, peccatovper i tanti corvi che sporcano di continuo le sdraio! Il personale è abbastanza distaccato ma pure sempre gentile, ti lasciavano tranquillo però appena si entrava in confidenza diventavano super disponibili. Unica pecca è il loro cibo che è davvero tanto speziato, capisco che si è in Egitto e ci sono tanti turisti arabi però bisogna tenere in considerazione che c'è anche tutta un'altra parte del mondo che probabilmente non adora lo speziato come loro... Ultima considerazione: la maggior parte degli italiani ospiti in questo hotel sono napoletani...
В Египте был более 20 раз, от 3х звезд до новых пятизвездочных отелей . Пытаюсь описать как есть, чтобы было понятно за что такие оценки. Поехали в этот отель -так как первый раз с ребенком и понимали, что нужен город, чтобы гулять по вечерам. ну и по отзывам вроде не все плохо было ) В данном случае, отелю досталась хорошая инфраструктура и пляж, номера за время конечно уже требуют косметический ремонт, ремонт техники и так далее..., но если закрыть глаза - не критично, хотя после хороших номеров смотреть страшно. Территория на 4-ку, пытаются что-то делать... Питание ...сразу оговорюсь, что мы не любители накидать целую тарелку всего подряд... но выбор очень маленький, всегда чего-то нет, очереди почти за всем. Чтобы войти в столовую в обед (в любое время обеда) - нужно отстоять очередь. Вечером такая же история, спасались походом ближе к 9. Из фруктов были пару раз бананы, апельсины чаще и что-то еше...вообщем покупали сами. Напитки носят, носят нехотя и минут через 10 после 3-4 напоминаний. Столы, кстати, сами себе будте готовы наркывать. В общем отель сделал хорошую цену, нагнал народу, персонала не хватает, плюс у некоторых отношение мягко говоря не совсем. Местный крепкий алкоголь не пили, но на барах вроде присутствовал, а вот пива периодически нет, если находят банку - она телпая. В баре у бассейна стоит разливное пиво, но на сколько я понял, оборудование старое и сломанное, что после пролива 2-3 литров пива, аппарат должен охлаждаться 20-30 минут.
