They weren’t prepared with the room and didn’t provide assist with the room .... very unprofessional
Comfortable, attractive property but needs some maintenance and service a bit lacking (eg. i called room service one evening and despite multiple calls, no one would answer the phone... I even called the concierge to ask them to call room svc for me and they never did... must have been super busy...) the spa was also closed for renovation.
Pour service bad behaviour of the management food is also not up to the mark
It was an amazing hotel when you first see. Welcome was great. The rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. There were stains on the bed and in the shower. They cleaned it when asked. The fridge was not working and they replaced it but that was not working either. When we tried to ring no one answered. Rang again and they said they will get some one to sort it but never W turned up There was no house keeping or cleaning in one of the rooms we stayed. I had to ring 4 times to ask for few towels. They were only brought it when I rang the fifth time. Breakfast was good. Bee was comfortable and location is brilliant. we asked for a packed breakfast which was arranged by parth at the concierge and he probably was the only one who did something. Would I stay here again? Perhaps not
The room that I stayed smelled horrible. It looked clean but It smelled really bad body odor. I asked to change room immediately but they said that all the rooms were booked. Really? They said sorry but they did not mean. I spend $150 to sleep uncomfortably. I also ate $30 buffet dinner which was not even worth it. During the trip, I stayed 2 Hilton hotels in Gurgaon aria and Andaz in Delhi. The Grand in Delhi was the poorest service and old property. The price was very cheap as 5 star hotel in Delhi area but there was reasons. I would not go back.
Large hotel showing its age ans in need of refresh in parts. A number of cardio machines in the gym out of action for repair.
Took over 8 hours to check in, WiFi does not work, construction going on in the room next door which made the room smoggy.
I've stayed at this hotel many times since our India office is very close by. This time while checking in was the second time they didn't have my reservation from hotels.com - the last time was extremely frustrating and they led me to believe it was hotels.com that made the mistake, and made me rebook (and pay again) and deal with hotels.com for the refund of the original booking. When it happened again this time, I basically told them "here is my confirmation, you figure it out" and they pretty much had to figure out what room I was getting on the spot. The next day, someone knocks on the door and apparently is still confused about what days I'm booked for, asking if I'm extending my stay. The reservation system is completely disorganized and nobody at the front desk will take responsibility for it if you confront them. When I was checking out, they were apparently still confused, and I ended up wasting more time explaining that it is whatever backward process they have in place that caused the reservation to be lost. The room was also dirty around the edges and corners, and the toilet seat had stains on it. I am personally not one to nitpick such things, but the combination of issues I had this time have been extremely frustrating and they really didn't care when I brought them up. Everyone else at my company who travels to Delhi has stopped staying at this hotel in favor of a longer ride to the office from one of Delhi's cleaner and more organized 5-star hotels.

Basic response is slow, simple requests are not entertained, breakfast is average, TV service is dissappoimnting
