we had an amazing experience during our stay Viri as well as the rest of the staff gave us a great felling of family stay instead of Hotel. Breakfast was amazing. I cannot express how satisfied few were with their service from greeting to check out. really one of the best experiences in a hotel.

We loved our stay at NaNaVida. We were initially booked for a week, but extended another 3 days. The staff go above and beyond and are eager to help with any request. It's a newly renovated hotel and is kept exceptionally clean. The location is great... walking distance to almost everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have traveled to many different countries and have stayed in various different hotels of different amount of stars. NaNa Vida Hotel Morelia staff and the hotel itself went beyond expectation and delivered at all levels. Warm welcome, attention to detail, excellent service (always with a genuine smile), super clean throughout, always accommodating, incredible breakfast, and unforgettable farewell. The nest pace to stay in Morelia
Where do I start! Location is amazing and safe. Very close to great restaurants and night life. The manager welcomed me and gave me five start service from the get go. Complimentary oaxacan artisanal soap to use for your stay to complimentary artisanal mezcal to have as well as non alcoholic beverages to choose from. The front desk staff and security guard are very wonderful and helping. I can’t recommend this place enough. Older building with very modern stylish rooms, comfortable beds and lines with huge showers.

Amazing experience! This is a brand new hotel, with great design and support to local artists. The best part is the service (Thank you Francisco!), they truly go the extra mile for their guests. Location is perfect as you can walk any of the hot spots in downtown from the hotel. I will definitely be coming back! Great experience!!!
