Spa ini dibuka setiap hari.
Kemudahan yang merangkumi Sauna, Spa dan Tab spa boleh diakses dengan caj tambahan.
Perkhidmatan penjagaan budak/anak tersedia dengan caj tambahan
Hartanah ini mempunyai bilik bersambung/bersebelahan, yang tertakluk pada ketersediaan dan boleh diminta dengan menghubungi hartanah menggunakan nombor pada pengesahan tempahan.
Tetamu tidak perlu bimbang kerana terdapatnya pengesan karbon monoksida, pemadam api, pengesan asap, sistem keselamatan, alat pertolongan cemas dan pengadang tingkap di tapak hartanah.Hartanah ini memaklumkan bahawa langkah-langkah pembersihan yang dipertingkatkan dan keselamatan tetamu sedang dijalankan.
Disinfektan digunakan untuk membersihkan hartanah; permukaan kerap disentuh dibersihkan dengan disinfektan antara setiap penginapan; cadar katil dan tuala dibersihkan pada suhu sekurang-kurangnya 60°C/140°F; pintu bilik tetamu ditutup kedap selepas pembersihan; hartanah ini dibersihkan dan dinyahjangkit dengan penyembur elektrostatik.
Kelengkapan perlindungan diri, termasuk pelitup muka, akan disediakan untuk tetamu.

Service, good service & this Hyatt gave us amazing service. Mr Sayed in the reception had all our questions answered. Housekeeping were great from cleanliness to little things you need from ashtrays to electric adapters. Mr Mohamed from café fresco sent us a fruit basket because my wife was sick & couldn't make it for breakfast. Mary & Khaled in the Cascades restaurant were amazing in the last day. Amr from Souq restaurant provided amazing service for an amazing night with a beautiful show. The view was beautiful from the room & all outlets. I traveled a lot & I am an ex hotelier. We fell in love with the hotel because of the amazing service.

best part is sea reef of beach , services at the hotel is extremely poor , when I gave complaint 2 times for electrical problems , door lock problems , room bad linen problem , it took 2 days to resolve the issues. hotel room was rundown

This was our second time here. We got married at this property in 2014, and cannot believe it took me this long to come back. It was an absolutely amazing experience, once again. From the moment we checked into the club section, we were warmly greeted by manager Mohamed. He is phenomenal and took excellent care of us. All staff were so accommodating and nice. Beautiful place 😊

The hotel is both wonderful and disappointing at the same time. The outdoor facilities and property are very beautiful and well kept despite being an older hotel and considering the average daily rate. There are plenty of places to walk, sit, and swim among beautiful landscaping and flowers, sparkling clean pools, a wonderful beach area that is extremely clean and has clear swimming water. Snorkeling is fantastic - there are so many corals and fish. However, the rooms are old, full of calcium/sodium residue, and with old mildewy worn out upholstery on the furniture. I had no control of the air conditioning system which was noisy and blasting cold air. Aside from the room condition, I had to be extremely patient with the service both in the hotel areas and at its restaurant facilities. I was constantly explaining to apathetic staff the very basic needs such as a menu, a desire to order a dessert, or bill request. I was struggling with unresponsive and in many cases, extremely rude staff over and over and over during my four days on property. I found some kindness at the initial check-in and at the scuba diving center. I have a feeling that this sort of treatment is a result of me being a single female traveler. I observed that the men and families were treated with respect and recieved prompt service. I was there for a regional development conference and extremely conservatively/professionally dressed. It seems the hotel is not accustomed to serving business travelers.

Beautiful setting. Restaurants Souk and Thai, and Spa were very good. Drinks were expensive and some specialty drinks were poorly made. Wine at Souk was sour, probably not stored properly. They opened a new bottle for the red and did not charge for the other

The general hotel structure is very impressive, but the rooms need maintenance and update. The restaurants and the food is very good, and the staff is very helpful, specially the staff at the reception.
