Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa

Terrible service. Room completely dated and old. Views obviously incredible and location awesome. But the manager was rude. Also received a several hundred dollar false charge that I had to call several times about to remove and took 2 weeks to remove. Will not be staying at this Hilton again, even as a Hilton gold member.

My stay overall was good; however, when promotion of Buffet dinner requires a notification at the front desk to attend - there should a statement from marketing to suggest this requirement. Arriving at dinner location just after prescribed time (fully booked) This required family plans to be modified on short notice.

Improvements taking place now, but the staff makes you look past what will be even better in the future..

Service is a big zero. Room service never got the right order. Ordered Thai tea latte and they said they will call back and confirm but no call back was made. Very careless staff. At night no tea could be ordered, the reason given was, bar is closed. What har makes tea? If you can make hot milk then then all you have to put is put some tea bags. Thats all. Rooms were under construction otherwise the property is good. Beach is connected to the hotel and so you can walk on sand at night. 24/7 security guard by the beach. Love everything except room service. Try to get rooms 10th floor onwards.

Really great location for access to city. One can walk to so much. The hotel has a view from every room and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed food and drinks at beach bar...lovely shade trees and breeze

Wonderful service oriented property that delivers a first rate product. Renovation is taking place on ground floor level, but it was non intrusive.

Hilton was very clean and well prepared during this Covid Pandemic. The staff was very helpful and informative about the cleaning procedure and hotel expectations. The Resort, although the lobby was under construction, is very nice and welcoming. We had a wonderful time in the pool area, as well as the rest of the hotel. We would definitely recommend the Hilton Hua Hin.
