Tropic Sun Towers by Capital Vacations

This property was perfect! The staff was very kind and helpful from check-in. The location and free underground garage parking make this property one I will choose to stay at in the future. The room was wonderful. The Full kitchen makes for less eating out and more time enjoying the sounds of the waves from the Oceanfront balcony.

Great property with a friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed at Sun Tropic Towers at least a dozen times in the last 10 years. Location is convenient with great beach access and beautiful drives north to Flagler. While the property has been NICELY updated, there is still limited storage for stays longer than a week and the outlets are limited so be sure to bring an extension cord or power surge cord for laptop and electronics. Televisions are small with no HDMI or smart TV capabilities- but we are there to see the ocean!! All units have ocean view and we have always met friendly people who stay here, too Kitchen and bath are spotless and beds are comfy. What more do you need??

The lady at the counter for check in was very rude for no reason she seemed aggravated that we were there, when we arrived (3 hours after booking) we had to wait another 30 minutes OUTSIDE (it was 7pm) for her to find our reservation, which is cool, stuff happens, but she was so short and snippy and rude, THEN we get settled in, walk down to the pool, it’s locked 3 hours early and nobody will Unlock it because it’s “slow season” so they closed the pool area early - okay we go back to the room it’s about 930 pm...it’s really hot in there we try to turn the AC on, it doesn’t work...we call front desk, security answered & said to sleep with the sliding glass door open, but we were on the bottom floor and my kids were asleep in the living room, he said nobody was there to help and they have no fans so he couldn’t help, there were no windows that actually open in the rooms and we literally sweat all night I actually went and tried to cool off outside around 4am. When I went to the front desk in the morning to ask about the AC she said well you only have an hour or 2 before you have to check out so if you wanna leave now instead we can go check it out. Wait WHAT?! oh and the plates in the kitchen of the room had dried up food on them. From the rude front desk lady to the uncomfortably hot room...I was not impressed and I’m sooo not a picky person!

For the price it was great. Beautiful view of Sunrise. Not crowded. Staff pleasant and attentive to any questions or needs. Clean room and user. Lovely balcony view.

Overall pretty good. The female staff at the front desk acted aloof when we initially arrived to check in. It wasnt busy yet she seemed surprised that we arrived to check in. Just a strange experience altogether.

My stay could not have been better. Place looked amazing. Clean. Staff was also amazing. Professional and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic property run by a great group of people. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, inhabited by a friendly mix of guests. The underground parking is so convenient, making transferring your luggage to your room effortless. The units have absolutely everything you could need including a dishwasher and a ice maker in the fridge, and oh so spacious too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropic Sun Tower! Rooms and the facility itself was extremely clean and they are taking COVID precautions as well. Everyone was extremely kind and created a great experience. Being right off the beach was perfect! We will definitely be booking our next vacation at TST!
