Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport

The hotel itself was very clean. We only stayed here for the hotel shuttle. Airport was 2 hours from home gave the kids a chance to swim the night before the flight. The owner was very rude yelling at the desk clerk. He kept yelling “charge them charge them” in regards to the $5 a day parking. We returned in two groups when the first group returned I had to call because their airport pickup was late. The owner answered and yelled at me that he had our flight information and there ride was there. 2 days later when I flew in I waited 30 minutes and no ride. When I called he yelled at me and told me it was my fault because I had not called to schedule a ride. All of the other staff were very polite and apologetic about the way he acted. It is a nice place it is a shame the service is so terrible!

This place is a mess. There is no safety and no privacy for the clients and on top of that they lost my belongings that were in the room while I was still staying there claiming the housekeeper thought I checked out. I didn’t retrieve items worth at least $300 and the hotel did absolutely nothing to find a solution but were just making senseless excuses

We have stayed here before and very much enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful. But heaven forbid if you make a error on dates. I was tring to schedule a roomfor the next night and in being extremely tired, i accidently put in the night before, which i was not near at the time. I immediately called hotel.com and hotel, and was told a manger could take care of situation later in the next afternoon. When i called back, I was told sorry can n ot change it. It will be a long time if thr if i stay in this hotel. Also will not recommend to colleges or friend Mrah36

This hotel was very nice but a few cosmetic issues (bathroom ceiling) and the light switches for bathroom and sink area were on timers and weird. Other than that, it was comfortable and a nice room, good location & easy to access.

The manager was very helpful and the staff was nice. Would love to see the pool updated. The hot tub in our room was just what we needed. Our room was nice and clean. Wish there was a coffee maker in my room but still nice. We didn’t eat breakfast but it smelled good, it was breakfast buffet style. We only wished other visitors were not up until 4AM slamming doors. Other than that we wish we would of had more time at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet in the room kept running. Upon check-out I told the owner about it when he asked how things were. He told me he knew about the running toilet and said he should buy a new one. "SHOULD" buy a new one?? Maybe just do it or have someone look at it. Upon check in I asked about the breakfast that was advertised and he said there would a continental type of breakfast which I understand due to Covid. When I went down the next morning the small fridge with yogurt and fruit was locked up and the only thing available was coffee. I asked him to unlock the fridge and he VERY reluctantly opened it. He would only pass me a few items for the 3 of us. I told him I would like 3 fruit cups and he would only give me 2. It was the strangest experience I have ever had with a hotel owner. He also reluctantly gave me 3 room keys. When he gave me one, I asked for 2 more. He said he didn't think he had enough. WHAT?? He did give me 3 finally. They reuse those keys. Just a very strange experience!!

Got charged twice by accident still haven't recieved my funds for the 1 charge that's refunded to me and it's been a week

Despite all the recent bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to find it really wasn’t that bad at all! We had a clean room with clean beds and the bathroom was decent as well. I didn’t have any complaints as far as cleanliness. The window however should have a curtain on it, bedsides just a shade. The streetlight outside was bright into the room at night still.
