Everything was very good, staff was very attentive and assisted with room change due to inoperative toilet. The only thing that does not match with renovated room was the AC, it was too noisy during the night, waking us every time it started. Breakfast was basic, few things ran out quickly

The Capri Inn was an excellent place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The property was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Our oversized suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights is the location - just a short walk to the fantastic restaurants, boutiques, and galleries along 5th Avenue. We rarely needed the car because everything was so convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and an unbeatable location in Naples, The Capri Inn is an easy choice. We would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Great location and a charming boutique hotel! We really enjoyed our stay at The Capri Inn in Naples. One of our favorite things about the hotel was its size, it felt intimate and charming rather than like a large resort. The room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent, which was especially important to us. It was perfectly situated between 3rd Street South and 5th Avenue South, making it easy to walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome of a glass of champagne, a chocolate chip cookie, and a cannoli. Bottled water in the room and parking were included in the resort fee, and there were plenty of parking spaces with a relatively short walk to the hotel. We also liked that access to a fitness center was included, although we didn't have a chance to use it. We didn't use the pool either. On Sunday evening, there was a piano player, which added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The one area that could use improvement was the continental breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast available, but the experience was inconsistent. One morning, the area was unattended, there was no coffee, and dirty dishes and trash had accumulated. The staff seemed occupied elsewhere, and the breakfast area wasn't being maintained. The following morning was much better, with staff present, coffee available, and pastries. We also noticed other guests receiving breakfast sandwiches and omelets, but these options we

The property was well maintained in the staff was friendly and responsive. The location is excellent being close to downtown with many fine restaurants near minutes away. Place has character which you don’t find in many smaller properties.
