We've stayed here several times. This time we had room 12. Bed is way to soft. You get this sinking feeling. Everything else was good.

You get what you pay for. Not great but acceptable. Clean. Area free of trash. Hot tub and pool both clean. Staff friendly. But the walls are very thin.

You Get What You Pay For
Service was fine, but wow the smell inside the room was BAD.. thank god I bring my scentsy oil candle with me in case this exact situation were to happen, so it was ok once I got that rolling. The layout of the room is extremely odd.. especially the bathroom.. the kitchenette is not a kitchenette. It’s a small area with a stove top and mini fridge with a mini sink to go along with it.. the best western is way better. The only reason we chose this hotel and not best western is because they allowed dogs... speaking of which.. the “dog area” is FULL of sticker burrs that stuck my poor fur baby’s feet.. you would think a place that’s “dog friendly” would at least treat the dog area for burrs.. thank goodness we did not see any infestation inside our room so that’s a plus.. definitely recommend somewhere else to stay. This place is obviously cheaply ran, however it goes back to that saying.. “ you truly get what you pay for.”

Lipstick on a pig kinda place
This place looks great on the outside but it is like putting lipstick on a pig. The courtyard, hot tub and pool was very nice. Check in and out was easy, (skip the brown bag to go free breakfast). The room was gross, humid, and uncomfortable. Mold on the wall in the bathroom by toilet, tons of water damage holes in the ceiling. Everything was sticky. The WORST part was a huge stain on the pull out sofa that I needed to use, and specifically choose this hotel and room for that option. Linens weren’t included either. Couldn’t let my kid sleep on that. Real gross.

It was good. The only reason this hotel did not get a 5 star is due to the fact that the beds were super hard. Bad neck in the morning and still no continental breakfast but full price is still expected.
