Overall an excellent hotel in a very good position to explore Arras, just a 10 minute stroll to main square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism, having stayed there for 4 nights is that the options at breakfast were a bit limited. If they could add just a couple more hot options, it would be a good spread for a short stay.

Notre arrivĂ©e avant 15 heures nous a permis de poser nos bagages en attendant que notre chambre soit disponible. Finalement nous sommes revenus vers 18h30. Un peu d’attente mais acceptable. Petit bĂ©mol mĂȘme sur le tarif concernant les animaux de compagnie ou j’ai une confirmation Ă  huit euros est arrivĂ© sur place c’était 15 € l’animal. MalgrĂ© cela, c’est rĂ©glĂ© au prix oĂč nous avions rĂ©servĂ© donc huit euros par chien. Par contre niveau propretĂ©, pas top dans la chambre Ă  l’intĂ©rieur des toilettes sur la porte, il y avait des Ă©claboussures douteuses. Sinon, l’accueil Ă©tait agrĂ©able et le petit dĂ©jeuner correct.
