Nice enough but the staff let it down.
Nice enough hotel but the staff are poor in every department. Bar is expensive and the staff surly, very little atmosphere. Food is expensive and not great. However good location to walk around Alicante which has loads of choice.

Not so good compared to other hotels at the same level. Either the hotel does not have room service or the service in the room is below the required standard. In addition, when you ask for something in the room you do not get it. For example, the hotel provides coffee and tea bags in the room, but there is no water boiler and, when I asked for hot water I have not received it for the entire period of my two-day residence in the hotel.

No facilities available at hotel on Friday night arrived direct from airport and couldn’t get food. 12pm check out next day is excellent . Receptionist Victoria was excellent.

It was decent rooms for the price, and free parking which was a plus for us as we were driving to Alicante. The city centre is about a 20 min walk, but there’s shops etc on the way so it doesn’t feel long. Air conditioning in our room was very weak though so was sweating all night.

The rooms were cleaned regularly and tea and coffees were refreshed too. Plenty of towels available. Good shower and AC.
