Great Christmas Vacation
The room was amazing however there were no dish cloths in the kitchen to wash dishes with. Housekeeping never came by to see if we needed new towels or anything the four days we were there. Other than that the stay was amazing.

The unit I stayed in #631 was perfect for my stay and what I needed. The lady across from me was a permanent resident and very friendly. The building itself is in desperate need of some upkeep such as paint and just the overall cosmetic look. Last time I stayed was in 2003 when it was new so hard to compare.

We did not good exprerience at all. We stay very often in these type of condos. And we are very flexible and accept the standards and do not make small things as bid deals. Buit those bed bugs in one of the rooms were the highlights are complain. There is just no explanation to this. There was no solution this. Suffered bites in all arm and neck surfaces. I would not take the advertisiment at face value. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. I start to have doubts in hotels.com criterias in terms of selecting these kind of resorts.

With COVID we expected and were told how they had cleaned so well, but there were still coffee grounds in coffee maker , and the coffee pot was not clean either! Spoons and forks drawer had some kind of chocolate looking powder in it! Also TVs were all Roko TVs and we were not familiar with those, there were no directions! We had to get someone to show us how to work it, and if you don’t have an account, you can only watch certain channels! Didn’t like that to much either. If you have a room near the elevator, you can hear it running all the time from your bedroom! But knowing the coffee pot and filter were not clean really made me wonder how clean the room really was!!!! We Lysoled everything when we got there, but they advertised how well rooms were cleaned!!

Very nice except for our little visitor
Saw a cockroach hanging out in the bathroom. He chilled for awhile and then went back to his family as we only saw him make a brief appearance. Other than that everything was super!

Positive: we could bring our dog. Negative: poorly cleaned. Never saw housekeeping and had to call the desk and ask for towels twice to get a set.
