Mixed feelings

Great property, good location my only problem was with the cleanliness of the ground meaning the swimming pools. at such a discounted rate they was probably 90 to 95% local people saying there and they do not like to clean up after themselves . just one pool alone me and my friend pulled out over two dozen plastic cups out of the pool and that's just one side of one pool and there was glass bottles on the other side of the pool . even after I made a request for them to clean it up we ended up cleaning it's ourselves. then the adult only pool which had over a dozen children in it . I made a request to security and the Lifeguard to have the children move to the other side to no avail . I follow that up for two phone calls to reception and then finally the children were removed from the adults only pool but then you had the locals blasting their loudspeakers smoking hookah and of course leaving their mess behind. other situation was I had double booked with two reservations for a second say back to back i paid for two people and on my second stay I was denied my second guess. But meanwhile I watched local people walk right in with no bracelet without paying locals are definitely treated better then paying tourists. you will see that everywhere you go there's different levels of bracelets so any tourist with a blue bracelet is treated as a second-class citizen. Where you felt greatly appreciated and Hospitality would be the two buffet restaurants.

Pictures are nothing like the actual rooms. You’re paying the same price as someone getting renovated rooms and get placed in run down locations. Not to mention that they definitely have a preference for the type of clientele their staff prefers to give their attention and help to - and it’s not anyone who speaks Spanish. Went to make reservations for restaurants twice and both times was told the “Dominican” style restaurant was our only option as everything else was booked and someone we befriended at the resort while we were there went in after us and was given a reservation for the exact restaurant we weren’t - guess what language they spoke. Really wanted to love this place but it’s not family friendly either, people were smoking absolutely everywhere and the service at the buffet was lacking. The only good thing here was the late night performances at the colosseum.

Excelente atenciones , pero la habitación que me dieron no me gusto , y además se escuchaban muchos ruidos estaba cerca del restaurante. Es la 4ta vez que visito Lifestyle pero esta última vez no me gusto mucho , personas gritando en los pasillos, no bueno.

Internet service was terrible so we purchased an internet package from the hotel and that also did not work. The front desk was EXTREMELY unhelpful. The bartenders, entertainers and servers are by far the greatest I have ever encountered. The bartenders at the pool are a huge part of the reason I have visited this establishment multiple times.

One of the beach male staff followed me and my wife along with my two sisters back to our rooms. I spoke out loud to my wife so that he can hear me, he just ignored me, as if he did hear me. Someone really working, this would have been a concern and acknowledge me. I reported to the front office and it was never followed up. I understand the cultural difference but being an international resort, this is unacceptable. Other than pestering us to join the resort, that is their job, it is a nice place to vacation.

I like it all but i fell down the stair because they were not dry. And they wanted to charge me for medical atención. Then one of the men in charge said that the hotel will pay but not the medication so i told them that i will visit my own doctor. They were suppose to call before i left and unti know o still havent heard from them
