We are traveling with our dog, so happy to have found red roof inn. Clean, affordable and dog friendly!
WiFi didn’t work and tv would freeze occasionally and breakfast wasn’t warm but over good stay
The mattress was hard the pillows flat.
Redroof In was excellent it was nice and clean. It was quiet so I got good rest. It was located in a good area for restaurants shopping and entertainment. The service was good.
Property was well-kept. Owner/Mgt was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, staff does not follow their example (at least the one’s we’ve interacted with). Slight mix-up at check-in with regards to being checked in to an occupied room..no biggie, these things happen. The big issue is the vast use of marijuana by guests. We had a neighbor who had no respect for others or owners property...smoke was billowing through our connecting door...we luckily had a suite and slept in the living room on a sofa bed, just to get away from the disgusting odor. This is only reason I give a modest rating to this hotel, otherwise it would’ve been higher.
