Real InterContinental Managua at Metrocentro Mall

My trip was very difficult due the restrictions and other factors. However the hotel and staff when above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. The rooms, food and staff are exceptional.

We visit this hotel often and it is our favourite in Managua. The rooms are clean, comfortable bedding. Excellent staff, they remember our names and do whatever they can to accommodate our requests. Reception and concierge staff speak excellent English as well. The food in the restaurant is very good and the prices are good too.

We've stayed at the hotel for 11 years and always enjoy it. This was a difficult situation for all due to the virus. Service was spotty but we understood the hotel is operating with a skeleton crew. Many times we had to look for someone at the reception desk and also when we needed a waiter. We didn't mind being patient, but there is definitely enough work for a couple more people on staff. I always have a problem with the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels. There were fewer amenities. We dislike the arrangement of chairs poolside. I need to be in shade. Which means when there are other guests at the hotel, we're likely to be sharing the outdoor sofas with other people. Very little privacy. And charging extra money for a second person in the room is totally ridiculous! But we like the hotel and will continue to return.

Very friendly and professional with a pleasure to please and make our stay enjoyable and memorable forever. It was our honeymoon and we were very happy and blessed to spend it there with all the good people that work there and the cleanliness and service was excellent. Service with a smile and breakfast was delicious with lots of selection and any special request was delivered with perfection. My esposa felt so happy and comfortable there that she even went swimming in the nice pool for her first experience doing that and she enjoyed it tremendously. 👍

Always stay in this hotel, is the best in Managua.

Another nice stay at the InterContinental

The hotel is nice but at the check in they got our reservations all wrong and they wanted me to pay additional fees and I had to argue my case and show them proof of two adults included with breakfast. Then each time we had breakfast they made the Mistake of trying to charge me again. The hotel is nice and workers are friendly but management and is not doing their job correctly if they didn’t update their system to show everything was included in our stay.
