Will not be back
There was blood on one of the pillows when we went to bed the first night. Then on both nights that we were there the guests above us had small children that jumped up and down all night screamed constantly and we did not get any rest. I complained about the bed linen and was told a manager would contact me in regards to comping our room. I have yet to hear from anyone. I was told I could not have a receipt for my payment since I paid with cash.

Solid choice with a fridge which I like!
The rooms were great and super clean. The TVs are not as large as typical hotels, and there was a fridge, coffee maker, and such. The room was clean, breakfast was nice. Easy for business travel.

Advertising Styles of room they do not have.
Hotel did not have the style of room as advertised. Hotel Management did not assist with correcting the issue. Mr. Martinez (The Manager) did not take there "Guarantee" to satisfy seriously. Hotels.com corrected the issue for good customer service. The large group of seven families will not be returning since they did not care enough about one within the group.
