Lovely stay.

Stayed in the Ibis excel for two nights with my daughter because we travelled to see Kim Seokjin at the o2. Cannot find anything wrong with our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel. Gluten free options are limited here (daughter is coeliac) but they do their pizza on a gluten free base at request and she really enjoyed it.

Staff are very welcoming and look after you well. Rooms are very good, and well presented and clean. Great location, very easy access to O2 arena. Enough shops and food outlets close by. Definitely worth it, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Absolutely great hotel, great value for the price and had a beautiful view of the dock. There were robes in the room and nice bottled water, have to mention how super clean it was- this hotel really did all the little things right to make it a lovely stay. I wasn’t expecting the level of greatness we got as it was a budget hotel but ticked all the boxes!!

Perfect stop for the O2

Stayed for a concert at the O2 and it was the perfect location. Cable car is 5 mins walk to go over the river or tube over the other side of the Excel, minimum 10mins walk. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff on arrival. Was busy as loads staying for the concert however was a good atmosphere. Small bar and limited food menu but good nonetheless. Minimal noise overnight or the morning. Would recommend asking for a river view when checking in if possible for a nice scenery.

Good value for money. Great transport links. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Custom House Station in one direction and another 5 minute walk to the cable cars that take you to the O2 arena. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious though the bathrooms are small.

I stayed here to attend a conference in London Excel and this hotel is excellent. I was right across London Excel and also walking distance from the tube/subway station. Safe area and there are restaurant options nearby. Clean room and the size of the room is also good. Great value for money!
